    Send weights, purities and quantities. Trade accounts get a named dealer on the first call.

  2. Step 2. Quote

    We price against live spot with your premium applied, valid for a stated window.

  3. Step 3. Rate lock

    Confirm in writing and the rate is fixed. Nothing moves against you after that.

  4. Step 4. Verify

    Metal is weighed, screened and photographed before sealing. You get the record.

  5. Step 5. Collect

    Collected in person at our Dubai counter, weighed and checked against its paperwork in front of you.
