A new house, built by people who are not new.
SPT Bullion is a new company built by people who are not new to this trade. Our desk is drawn from the top bullion houses in the business — refiners, wholesalers and jewellery manufacturers whose names set the standard — brought together under one roof to supply physical gold and silver at a level this market should not have to look abroad for.
Experience without the inherited habits.
Most bullion desks in this market grew slowly, and carry the working habits of whichever decade they started in. We began the other way round.
The company is new; the people are not. Our team was assembled from the top bullion houses in the business — the refiners, wholesale desks and manufacturers other firms benchmark themselves against — and they arrived here already knowing what a good supplier does and, far more usefully, exactly where the poor ones cut corners.
Being new is an advantage we intend to spend.
There is no legacy system to work around and no long-standing arrangement we are obliged to protect. So we are building the desk the way people who have worked at the top of this trade would build it if they were starting again — and holding it to a global standard from the first order rather than growing into one over a decade.

Four things worth being clear about
Buyers ask a new supplier these questions in the first meeting. We would rather answer them before it.
Physical metal only — never paper
We are not a trading house. We do not deal in futures, contracts for difference, unallocated certificates or any other paper claim on metal. Every order we write is settled in bars, coins or grain you can weigh in your hand and take with you.
One roof, several careers
Sourcing, assay, verification and pricing sit at one desk, each run by someone who held that role at a leading bullion house before joining us. You are not passed between departments, and whatever you are ordering, it is not the first time the person handling it has done so.
We sell to the trade only
Wholesalers, jewellery retailers, manufacturers and refiners. That focus is why our minimums, premiums and documentation are built around business buyers rather than walk-ins.
Provenance is documented, not asserted
Metal is sourced through accredited refiners and traceable supply. Every lot carries refiner documentation, serial records and our own release screening.
What we brought with us
A new company can promise anything. These five are not promises — they are practices our team already ran at the top bullion houses, brought here intact.
- Sourcing
Refinery relationships, not middlemen
Our team arrived with refinery and mint relationships already built over years at the top houses. That means real allocation when the market tightens, and a shorter chain between the pour and your counter.
- Verification
Every bar screened before it leaves
Ultrasonic and XRF on despatch, photographed against its serial. The equipment is standard; the discipline is what our people brought with them from houses where it was never optional.
- Pricing
Spot plus a stated premium
One number, agreed before you commit, fixed on written confirmation. No spread buried in the conversion and no adjustment afterwards.
- Handover
Counted out in front of you
Orders are collected in person at our Dubai counter. Metal is weighed and checked against its paperwork while you are standing there, not signed for at a door somewhere.
- Settlement
Physical metal, every time
No futures, no contracts for difference, no unallocated certificates. Every order ends with bars, coins or grain leaving the vault.

What happens before metal leaves
- Weighed on calibrated scales, witnessed and recorded
- Ultrasonic thickness reading through the body of every cast bar
- XRF surface analysis against declared fineness
- Serial numbers photographed and matched to refiner documentation
- Sealed in tamper-evident packaging, logged to the order
- Insured in our vault right up to the moment you take it
The record goes with the metal. If a bar is ever questioned downstream, the file exists — and it exists from our first order, not from whenever we got around to it.
